CNFC Update 

Effective Monday, January 3rd, 2022, per city mandate, all members & guests will be required to furnish proof that they've been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to being allowed entry.

The city considers you fully vaccinated if it's:​

• Two weeks after your 2nd dose of the Pfizer or Moderna Vaccine, or
• Two weeks after your single-dose of the Johnson & Johnson Vaccine. 

Please refer to the graphic on the left for a list of valid forms of verification we'll accept. 

Please note that this mandate does not void the current mask mandate that's in place. 

If you would like to submit your proof of vaccination electronically, you may do so by uploading a photocopy of your vaccination card. Please make sure your name, vaccine brand, and the dates administered are clearly visible before uploading.
