REINSTATEMENT INSTRUCTIONS 

(1) Flag Member As Reinstated

1.  Go to their profile
2. Click on Client Info
3. In middle, click on the Client Indexes Tab
4. Click on the Assign link at the top
5. For the Email Lists dropdown, select Reinstate 
6. Hit the Update button at the bottom

(2) Check Their Auto Pay Schedule 

1. ​Click on Account Details
2. Click on Autopay Schedule
3. Check to see if they have a scheduled payment for the next billing cycle.
   1. if so, proceed to next step
   2. if not, please email Marc

(3) Reinstate their Membership

1. Go to the retail tab
2. Click on the button with their name (or search for their name in the Client search field)
3. Click on Contracts/Packages 
   1. Select Reinstate Membership 
   2. Contract start date is 7/4/20 (if before August Billing)
   3. Enter dollar amount of reinstatement
   4. Tab out of amount field to activate Add Item Button 
   5. Click on Add Item button
4. Click on Contracts/Packages (If reinstating an EFC Member. Skip to step 5 if RFC or LPFC member is reinstating.) 
   1. Select C.O.C. (Complimentary Online Coaching)
   2. Contract Start Date is 8/4/20 (if before August Billing)
   3. Click on the Pro-Rate link
   4. Place check in checkbox by Pay Now (right side)
   5. Click on Add Item Button
5. Click on the appropriate payment button 
   1. CC (Key/Stored) for CC payment
   2. ACH for ACH payment 
6. Click on Save Print Receipt Button
7. If you're reinstating a RFC or LPFC member, you will not see the C.O.C. contract listed. You will need to log onto a private or incognito window, and sign onto EFC.
8. Go to the retail tab, search for the member in the search field
9. Follow the steps 4, 5, 6, and 7. Use the Account payment button. 
10. NOTE: If one member is paying for another member, SKIP step 4, and email Marc.
